  • They removed the best feature and called it an upgrade

The app no longer allows you to sort news stories in chronological order, forcing you to waste time scrolling through stories you’ve already seen — sometimes stories that are more than a week old. They hate their customers. Uninstalling.
  • Extremely left, not neutral

I used to enjoy the Daily Mail. I have zero respect for any media outlets that cannot stay neutral. They are HARD left - unfair reporting
  • Censored and Left Leaning

Some of the reporting is in-depth and better than most on world issues. However, they continually censor any comments that are not left leaning. It's worth $1.99 per month on a trial but not $9.99.

Always fake news or some kind of sensational story someone got paid 150 bucks for. And if your comment doesn’t meet their woke approval, you get banned.

I downloaded this app as the Daily Mail website became so inundated with glitches and bugs. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the app was just as bad as the website. I have had multiple instances of being redirected to advertisements that I was scrolling past while reading articles, stories that will not load, and many times I can't even access the app at all. The most annoying glitch I have noticed, however, is that my comments will not post. This is not due to my comments going against the house rules, but because of a "technical issue" according to Daily Mail. I have contacted Daily Mail multiple times about the app not posting my comments. To my dismay, every time I attempt to speak to a customer service rep, I am connected to a rep by the name of "Jordan" who I now know is an AI assistant. "Jordan" always tells me that it's an unfortunate bug, however, doesn't give me any information on how to fix it. This issue seemed to get worse after I updated the app, shocker. This glitch is especially annoying as it has also made it impossible for me to flag inappropriate comments as well. It is incredibly frustrating when I can't post a comment that abides by the house rules, yet I read terribly inappropriate comments from other DM users that I am not permitted to flag. I have made sure that my account is active and I don't have any restrictions on it either and I still can't post comments, sadly Daily Mail doesn't seem to be concerned about this issue.

Was my go to news source. The new update, layout, and subscription features make it a nightmare. Uninstalled and looking for a new source.
  • Daily mail plus

I love Daily Mail but dislike the plus subscription and having to scroll past all those articles. I’ve been looking for another platform that doesn’t have that annoying feature.

Nothing but junk sensational hit pieces anymore. No real investigative journalism just lies for headlines then tabloid trash they want you to pay for.
  • What’s up with the Advertisement?

I subscribe to Daily Mail and I am now forced to watch a 3 second advertisement before the app will even open to the news. This is extremely annoying, especially when I’m a paying customer.
