    I can’t even begin to describe how impactful this app has been for my life. The team setup keeps you motivated. The workouts are challenging without being too much so you can come back each day feeling ready to workout. The nutrition tracker is easier and more accurate than any nutrition tracker I have used in the past. The flex workouts allow you to customize your experience. And is more affordable than any gym membership. I will forever be a member.

    This is the app i needed for the last several years. I needed someone to clearly tell me what to do and show me. Love how I can log my weights and reps in the app right away and how it congratulates me when I increase my dumbbell weight. The cheers from fellow team mates within the app and access to the trainer #teamformation is awesome. Loving this structure. I am finally consistent with strength training!!

    this is one app that I have been recommending to everyone I know literally everyone. You might be wondering who’s this random guy posting review about Ladder. trust me, even if you don’t want to…this app has been helpful and keeping me consistent over the past four months, it has helped me maintain the history of what I’m lifting, and now they have food tracking that I’m yet too experiment with. Go team Forge. Coach Corey is the best!!!

    Once you have the app set up, there’s no more thinking involved. Workouts come out on Sunday, for the whole week. For me it’s been fool proof, I actually do it because it’s already set up for me. And I see results too 🤙.

    Lauren and the body and bell team are my jam. Absolutely love how it brings me glimmers of my athletic past. Kelly is also great! I love them so much, I have a hard time trying the other teams outside of flex workouts when I’m traveling and can’t access my kettlebells. As a coach , this program helps keep me in shape so I can sprint against my HS girls lacrosse team as extra incentive.
