    I have been using about 10 of these cameras for about a year. They used to work better but I think the app updated a few months ago and they’ve been junk ever since. Very expensive seeing how I paid $200 for each camera.

    Latest update no longer allows the live view to load and function on the wired doorbell. Also the quick response doesn’t work either. Sad that you have broken what worked just fine before the update…

    The app can’t add a camera that is obviously online and recording somewhere, my router sees it, but the app can’t connect, this is BS!!!

    Good system overall BUT constantly has connection issues, beyond frustrating…….platform overall does whatever it wants despite what guy who paid for it wants…….typical modern tech……………….spazzy and illiterate, BUT, since ALL tech is this way, this is a shinier turd than most others.

    I updated the app and I don’t see any recordings and can’t change settings to ultra 4K or motion detection. Please fix ASAP

    Reviewing this app is difficult because the cameras are amazing, the app isn’t bad until you get to one thing. For some reason no matter what I do this app kicks you out for what seems to be daily. From what I’ve read this has been an issue for a while and it seems that it will never be addressed or fixed I guess. Everything else is fine but having to login to an app daily plus I got these for my grandparents also and now they’re bugging me daily about helping them login.

    I’m impressed with their products. The cameras , for the money, are amazing. The app is intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is extremely fast, courteous and effective. I highly recommend !

  • FIX slowness of the app, motion blur & actually consider motion blur, FPS. I wasted $800. No Support

    FPS 8-13 which is horrible quality looks like butcher blocks, also footage goes missing all the time. LIMITED 4K IS A TRICK ITS COMPRESSED, RING HAS LESS MOTION BLUR (I don’t like ring btw I wanted an upgrade) so I got a few S3 PROs homebase and s350.

    I have tried contacting support on all of the app issues I’ve been having for years. But never got any resolution. Which is unfortunate, because i like Eufy products a lot. But the apps leave a lot to be desired and are very buggy. I’ve scoured the web and found that a lot of users have the same issues and were not able to get any help either. The Eufy App constantly loses my saved maps. Sometimes they will re appear. Other times they don’t. Then you are stuck re mapping and making all your edits again just to have it lose the map again. Even something as simple as naming your map is now an issue. I will change the name. But the next time you go to pick the map you can see it change the map name back to Map0 on its own. This issue is not as big of an issue as losing a map you spent time editing. But ifs still an annoyance that should be patched out. I’ve tried resetting the device to factory settings. I’ve removed the device from the app and re added it. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled the app to start fresh and all the issues remain. I hope they can get the app straight before I’m due to upgrade. I’d like to stay in the Eufy family. But the app will make or break future purchases.
