    The "RTSP" Most cheap cameras use a protocol called RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) to send video to the app. Companies "hide" this so you have to use their app. The Hack: People use software like 🌟ONVIF Device Manager on a PC to scan their home network. If the camera is vulnerable, it will spit out a secret URL that looks like rtsp://admin:password@***.***.*.**:***/live. You take that URL and put it into an app like tinyCAM Monitor or VLC. Now you have a clean live feed with zero cloud pop-ups. Sorry CloudEdge, if you’re going to be pathetic we’re going to have to jailbreak 🤷🏻‍♂️ thanks for the cameras!

    Just installed four cameras today. Very easy to get started. Getting everything set up was one of the simplest processes I’ve ever had. Download the app. Super easy to add a camera. Everything was straightforward. The picture quality is outstanding as well. If you’re looking for a very inexpensive camera system that works well and is easy to use look no farther.

  • Notifications options needed

    Please add a snooze notifications option for the app. 30 minute, 1 hour etc. Maybe up to a 8 hour option. Especially useful when doing tasks or work near where the camera is located. Having a option to temporarily disable notifications would be great. Rather than having to go into the settings to turn off the notifications. At times one might forget to turn them back on. With a snooze feature it would make this app even better. Thank you.

    I love my treat feeder for my cat. However, I have to manually turn it on and off when I’m home. It would be so fantastic to have a Geo location setting so that I could control when the camera. Off, depending upon when I’m home.

    Really enjoy this app. It’s nice being able to see what’s going on around my home. Either I’m laying in bed or in the house or away, I can see what’s going on five stars from me.

    There is no way to change the credit card to use to pay for data service and no response from customer service. Instructions provided for PayPal does not work as I did not use PayPal to pay.
