    The app and site do not work for me. Have been having this issue for over a year. Cant update card info, cant purchase anything, cant view my bill. I just get “generic error” every time. Phone and app are all up to date. Reached out to customer service for help and was told the technical team would fix my issue in 72 hours….its been a week and a half. Time to switch providers. Update: contacted customer service again they are insane. They would like more screenshots of what i am seeing even though i have sent multiple. They even asked for a video. They also keep telling me to make sure my app is up to date. Of course it is but even the site is not working. I have tried on multiple devices. Useless customer service.

    I’ve been using the T-mobile Tuesday fuel discount which was linked to the Fuel Rewards App. I love that offer to save at the pump. Now Shell has moved Fuel Rewards to the “Shell” App and the link from T-Mobile Tuesday rewards is broken. It doesn’t connect to the Shell App

    The app works perfectly fine until I go to look at my bank account and about 10 seconds after logging in it will then just freeze. It’s super annoying for when I’m trying to find a specific transaction and I have to speed scroll to find what I’m looking for before it freezes.

    I switched and it cost way more than it said it was going to. I own my phone and still they wanted $800 to upgrade out the door. Super unhappy with switching. Still don’t have service to take calls when it says I have services. Just super disappointed in the switch.

    The app is extremely slow & takes ages to open. The infrastructure team must be using AI to build its cloud resources. Can’t login, the customer service AI voice asks me to verify through an app the doesn’t even open. In changing to Verizon
