Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I love this app. But I’ve seen that the new programs don’t have exercise substitutions options based on availability of equipment. Kind of limits the workout variations one can do.

    I’ve tried various apps through the years but always come back to this one. I think it has the easiest-to-follow format, makes substitutions easy whether you’re working out at home or a gym, and I like the circuit layouts which make the workouts feel efficient and organized. I also love how you can track your weights over time for progressive overload. I do Kelsey’s strength programs and love them (and her overall message)!
